How soon can I expect my order?
All items are made-to-order and processed within 5 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for United States shipping and 21 business days for international shipping.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the world! United States shipping starts at $4.99 via USPS, and all international shipping starts at $8.99 via USPS International (Canada) and DHL Global Mail (everywhere else).
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a shipping notification email containing tracking information.
Do you have a size chart?
We do! Size charts are located on each product page. This is what happens when you don't consult the size chart. If you're still not sure, we'd be glad to help - contact us here or at email@example.com.
Can I purchase a design in a different size/color/style?
You can! If you'd like any of our designs in a size, color, or style not listed, contact us here or at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a custom order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Apple Pay.
How are your products printed?
For online orders, we use best-in-class Kornit Avalanche direct-to-garment (DTG) printers for eco-friendly, vibrant, non-fading prints. For bulk orders, we screen print with Permaset Aqua Supercover inks - an eco-friendly, water-based alternative to traditional plastisol inks. DTG printing is also available for bulk orders with more complex designs.
What kind of apparel do you print on?
All designs are printed exclusively on higher quality, more comfortable apparel from Next Level, Bella + Canvas, American Apparel, Independent Trading Co., and Rabbit Skins. Additional brands available by request.
How should I care for my items?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
What is your exchange and return policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to all items being made-to-order. If you've received a defective or damaged item, contact us here or at email@example.com.
